All purchases are final, by purchasing our product you are agreeing to the refund policy.  This means that all events go on rain or shine. If we cancel due to weather patterns or other reasons etc there are only two market options that may be changed to your vendor participation. If neither of these work for you then unfortunately your market credit is not valid. Other than the reason stated above, all purchases to our venues are non-transferable to future events held by Do it in LA market. 


Do it in LA market does not guarantee vendors making their fee back, like any other market or pop-up. We only guarantee we will do our best to promote for your business & the collectives best outcome. When you sign up to vend at our market you are aware of the current pandemic status and risk of entering a market at this time. This means the current pandemic is not a means of breaching our non-refundable refund policy.


when using third party deposit systems online please be aware the payments are automatically taken from your bank account every 1-3weeks. Our business & Do it in LA market cannot control the payment system once it is applied as your payment method. Regardless of desired cancellation or no show you are required to pay the third party system. This means a deposit is considered a FULL booking. We cannot offer a refund for a spot as listed above it’s a rain or shine event. Third party system is called shop payment and sent over VIA our partnership website. 

-if you have used shop payments & it is not allowing you to complete your order because of this you can book with us through zelle deposits. We require a 50% zelle deposit & one EXACTLY two weeks later. If you do not complete it within those two weeks you're subject to lose your spot. You may ask for an extension on this but all fees must be paid a week and 1/2 AT LATEST before our event. Please note even deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions; including those of no longer wanting to be apart of our market etc. 

If there is a Los Angeles county shut down or WE as a market decide to approve a refund then according to our third party system please give Do it in LA team & house of Venus LA partnership 1-3 weeks to process your refund at it is through a automated system. In this case, Do it in LA market processes refund connection with venue owners & will reach out to vendors into the percentage of their refund. They will also require said vendors to sign legal documentation for their refund in which goes to our legal team. Afterward you will receive a confirmation message via email in which discloses how large of a percentage you’re receiving. 


Personal Information is required by vendors to be able to participate in our markets. This information includes Sellers permit, ID number, Name of business and/or business owner. These are required by law to be documented by any flea market business in California. This information will not be shared apart from sending it over to the US treasury for taxes, and/or to our legal team for the use of documentation/subpoenas etc. 


Do it in LA market also has refusal of service right; this means that if we agree as a company that your business or any employees of said businesses do not align with our vision as a market we may refuse service. Examples of not aligning with our business include lack of respect towards event coordinator and their vendors;Refusal to comply with policies; Threatening the safety of others with verbal or physical threats or abuse in person or online; mistreatment of any said person involved in our markets. 


Please read all COVID guidelines in which include but are not limited to not being able to vend without proof of vaccination or negative test results regardless of vending fee status

Do it in LA will be following all Los Angeles County COVID guidelines, this will include:

Checking ALL business & supporters vaccination cards through our applications or on site. All supporters must be required to show proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID test 1-3 days prior to our event. If there is a non compliance to do so security will be escorting said party out for the safety of our participating small businesses.

Small businesses participating will also be required to show proof of vaccination or 1-3 days prior COVID test or they will NOT be allowed to participate in our events regardless of vendor fee status.

masks are required to be worn in inside or outside spaces at our markets. Do it in LA will be following LA county’s mandate for. If their Covid mandate changes we will follow it! Ask us for more information when applying if needed. 

Do it in LA is not liable when it comes to vendors & Covid. We will do the best to guarantee vendors do not contact the virus, however when completing our application you are agreeing to not hold Do it in LA market responsible for this possible outcome.
