Shipping policy:
House of Venus Los Angeles previously known as Overfierce clothing L.L.C, is not responsible for any delays made upon delivery from our shipment providers end (USPS, UPS ETC). This is emphasized during busy holidays such as Christmas, Halloween or Valentine’s Day. House of Venus Los Angeles will make available expected shipping dates for these busy seasons. Please contact the shipping provider before reaching out to us. Order processing will have a turnover of 1-3 days from order date apart from the exceptions listed under our order processing category.
Order tracking:
If you’d like to track your order you must choose the tracking package option provided to you at self checkout and shipping. Unless it is purchase with your shipping option we cannot guarantee you will be able to see your estimated arrival time for your package. Any social media messages about tracking will be redirected to our policy page.
Order processing:
ALL orders purchased on weekends (FRI-SUN) will be processed the next following business day (Monday). Please be aware of the weekday cut off for purchased items will be 3:00PM every Friday. This means all orders purchased after 3:00PM PST will not be included in our shipping process The cut off for same day shipping on Friday are items ordered by 03:00 PM PST.
Please, order all items accordingly. By purchasing an order you’re agreeing with ALL our policies, included but not limited to, shipping and local pick up, as well as exchange and refund.
Local pick up policy:
All local pickup orders must be made through our online system, no exceptions. Orders made any other way will not be approved by order processor. Simply go to your checkout page and choose our local pick up option. Please be aware local pickups turnover can vary from 2 hours until 3 days.
Email is used to track the process of any kind of local pickup orders. Once your pick up order has been processed, you will receive a status of your pickup via email. Please do not DM us via any social media including but not limited to Tiktok or Instagram. Once your local pick up status is complete, we will message you via email to create a pick up appointment and decide which time works best for both parties.
Communication:
All emails have a 1-2 day turn around time, please be patient as we want to improve all customer service. If you do not hear from our base via email after two days, please reach out to us via voicemail. Please leave your name, number, and order number in your voicemail and verify if your feel comfortable via text or call by stating that in your message.
Please DO NOT text us before checking the status of your order through the listed email given at the end of your purchase before the 1-2 turn over time. It ensures both parties have a reliable record of contact regarding said order.
